Is there any way in which i can change just a Part of my Ad headline and description.

I know about DKI but it changes the over all headline itself with Kw matching the Search term or else uses the default text if exceeds character limit.

But i want to change just a small part of my Headline and description as per what the user searches.

For Example:-

1. Search term - Dj Tiesto

Headline -  Latest about Dj Tiesto

Dis 1      - Dj Tiesto Events, Videos, Pictures

Dis 2      - & more at XYZ. Check out Now!

2. Search term - Obama

Headline -  Latest about Obama

Dis 1      - Obama Events, Videos, Pictures

Dis 2      - & more at XYZ. Check out Now!

I found something similar for Facebook's ads on Google.

Search term - Sofia smith

Headline -  Find Sofia Smith

Dis 1      - Sofia Smith is on

Dis 2      - Facebook. Sign up Now!

Is there anyway how i can do this?

Hi Gurpreet,

Welcome to the Adwords CommunitySmiley Happy

In order to replace Some part of the text ads, you need to work on DKI. As you mentioned that your DKI replaced all your Text Headline it can be only possible if you defined your complete headline, within Syntax    "{KeyWord:.....}".

You edit you ad text in this way e.g.

Headline - Latest about {KeyWord:My Name}
Dis 1 - Dj Tiesto Events, Videos, Pictures
Dis 2 - & more at XYZ. Check out Now!

Displ- Example.com/{KeyWord:My+Name}

It will reflects you ad copy on Google SERP

oh the Keyword Dj Tiesto

Headline -  Latest about Dj Tiesto

Dis 1      - Dj Tiesto Events, Videos, Pictures

Dis 2      - & more at XYZ. Check out Now!

Displ-       Example.com/Dj+Tiesto

2. the search Term Obama

Headline -  Latest about Obama

Dis 1      - Obama Events, Videos, Pictures

Dis 2      - & more at XYZ. Check out Now!

Displ-       Example.com/Obama

Note one can also use DKI in their Display URL Like

Hi Gurpreet,

You can also change only some part of your headline or description line with DKI. For Exampale

Headline -  Latest about {KeyWord:Dj Tiesto}

Dis 1      - {KeyWord:Dj Tiesto} Events, Videos, Pictures

Dis 2      - & more at XYZ. Check out Now!

Suppose if you have keywords in your Adgroup like Word Cup, Business Trend, then your above ad will show for these keywords like -

Keyword - Word Cup

Latest about Word Cup

Word Cup Events, Videos, Pictures

& more at XYZ. Check out Now!

Keyword - Business Trend

Latest about Business Trend

Business Trend Events, Videos, Pictures

& more at XYZ. Check out Now!

Also Keyword can be different if you use DKI for two place

Keyword - Business Trend

Latest about Business Trend

World Cup Events, Videos, Pictures

& more at XYZ. Check out Now!

Hello Gurpreet S !

The DKI only changes what you tell it to change, not the entire headline.

You can look at this page , it has examples : link

Just scroll down the page and click on the plus sign to expand the section and read the examples :

To avoid misunderstandings ( and possible lawsuits) use this feature with caution and only with exact match keywords. A common misperception is to think that it inserts the search term, when it inserts the keyword.
