in regards to disapproved ads. i would like to know if i could use the word 'FREE' in the ad? or :

 

"Download FREE Toolkit & white paper"

 would this ad be disapproved?

You can use the word Free, no issues but you can not use it as FREE Smiley Happy because it is cosidered as 'excessive or gimmicky capitalization'

 

 It is against adwords Capitalization policy.

And you can only Add Free in adcopy if the downloading is free and its there in your website too. No false claims allowed in adcopy to attract visitors on website. Just for information!
