Hi Guy A,
If you choose exact match keyword your ad will trigger for exact match with same order.
In your case ad will trigger for women shoe nike only not for any other variation or word order change like nike women shoe or women shoe nike.

Thanks

Your only option is to use phrase match and negative keywords such as "in uk", or to add all different variations such as nike women shone, shone women nike, women shose nike as exact match

Hi Guy A,
Actually in this case you can not make your exact match be in any order, so what you can do is to add as much exact match keywords as possible, it makes sense and that is also the charm of optimization for Adwords.

Good morning.

In my opinion, han g is correct. The solution is to add all three variations of your Exact match keyword.
