Hello, My name is Brian Adams, and I am having an adwords issue

I am receiving an alert saying I have to change my ad because a phone number is listed in the body, I have gone through and changed it in my manager key and removed the phone number however, even after pressing save after all the changes it still shows up with my original ad, I have attempted multiple times over the past 7 days with no results.

Try delete the ad and create a new one.

Hi Brian,

That's just how it works. When you edit an ad, it has the effect of deleting the original ad and creating a new one. The copy of the original ad remains unchanged, but it should now show a deleted status.

Best of Luck!

Pete
