Hi Holly,

1. If you are running an experiment, click the name of the experiment (in the list of experiments) that you want to stop.

2. In the menu bar, click STOP EXPERIMENT, then click the confirmation.

When you stop your experiment, users no longer see your variation pages, and instead see your original page. After you stop an experiment, remember to remove the experiment code from your original page.

Hope that addresses your issue. Else please post a 'detailed question'.

Thanks,

Mini

Welcome to the AdWords Community. I'm guessing you are trying A/B testing in AdWords. Can you share the last step that you did before the page got stuck?

Thanks,

Mini
