I on't quite understand your question. Is your second sentence an example of the ad text you're considering using?

 

If it is, then you are correct in assuming you'll run into problems trying to advertise against one of Google's trademarks. If you want to create such a campaign,, I'd advise you to contact Google and request a trademark exemption. (I doubt if you'll get an exemption, but stranger things have happened....)

Hi Hussain,

Are you referring to the recent change in Google's Terms of Service and Shared Endorsements? I'm not so sure that we have control over these yet.
