Google Customer Reviews badge showing "no rating available"

Hi

I am integrating Google Cutomer Reviews on a client's website but currently as the business is new, there are not enough ratings available and thus the GCR badge shows "No ratings available" currently. Can I somehow handle this scenario and hide the badge until there are enough ratings to display?

There doesn't seem to be a clear documentation for this online. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

the badge and opt-in modules are entirely separate.

the badge is optional and may be removed at the merchant's discretion --
google may not display the badge/ratings details if the merchant's ratings
information does not meet all the current requirements, or if the merchant
is violating a google-customer-reviews policy; google does not offer specific

details on how to hide or remove the badge-module, since the details are

different for each website -- typically, removal is simply the reverse of how

the module was originally added on the site.

the opt-in module is mandatory and required on all order-confirmation pages.

is there a way to move the badge to the left side of my site?

to move the optional badge to the left side of the page, use either:
"position": "BOTTOM_LEFT"
or:
"position": "INLINE"
depending on the css and formatting details of the site and page.

after making the change, verify that the badge is not obscured, by any other
content, by viewing the results on a variety of browsers, devices, and displays.

otherwise, for google-customer-reviews issues
or questions google may be contacted directly --
