Hi theSEOgenie,

Pete is right. If you can elaborate more on this, we would be more than happy to address your query.

However, what is the current status of your ads? Approved or under review?

Do you have sufficient balance to run ads?

Are your campaigns live or in pause state?

Do the keyword diagnosis by hovering mouse over the speech bubble of a keyword and see what message it states?

Does it say ad running yes or no?

Let us know if that helps!

Hi TheSEOgenie,

I think we'll need a little more detail about your problem in order to help. Can you give us a little background on the ad?

Thanks,

Pete

Hi there,

This query can come up quite frequently, but one tool I always use to check this is the Ad Preview Tool, it can help show you clearly whether or not the ad is showing and why not if it isn't.

Hope it helps!

A.
