Get rid of Google Site Stats message

I have set up a campaign that uses a Conversion Tracker code inserted into the source and selected "Don't add a notification to the code generated for my page" as all the details are listed clearly in my privacy policy and it destroys the formatting for my PHP generated website.

Yet it still appears... Right in the middle of the site, not at the bottom.. top left middle after the headings in plain formatting.

Please help me get rid of it as it is ruining the layout and design of my site.

also I should mention that the radio button that says Don't add a notification to the code generated for my page is completely greyed out when I go to the settings of the conversion, but IS selected
