Hi Jonathan,

In a GDN campaign keywords are used for targeting purpose (to match the ads and the content on the sites where ads will be displayed)

The price (CPC) on GDN depends upon the website statistics where the ad is shown, like the total traffic to the website, available ad impressions, competition for those ad spaces and the quality or specificity of the website visitors. These statistics will be different for different websites. You will only get impression on a particular website when your chosen Max CPC is enough, based on these pricing criteria.

So you will not get traffic estimation for GDN.

You can use Google's ad planner to get detailed data on GDN.

Find your target placements based on specific Geo, Demo and impression data then target them exclusively within your "content" campaigns.

(You can't find placements using keywords with this tool)

You can also use the Contextual Placement tool to see where your ads may be placed according to specific keywords, Geo location and bid price. Go to yoru adwords account > "tools and analysis" then select > Contextual Targeting Tool. - No traffic data here, but a great way to identify how your sites might be placed - Find out who to block, and who to target.
