Few Quick Questions on Settings Features

#1 - Anyone have any tips for ad scheduling when it comings to a campaign that is running across multiple time zones? I'm targeting the continental US and would really like drop bids during certain hours of the day but that option gets fuzzy when I have to make sure it doesn't effect all the US. Any pro tips? My understanding is that Ad Scheduler looks at your account's time zone not the locations your targeting.

#2 - Is there anyway to A/B test different ad extensions? If I run reviews extension and sitelinks what gets played? Is it based on CTR or conv. rate? Anyway to cleanly A/B test them? (Besides maybe running one type for 2 weeks and another type for 2 weeks).

#3 - Anyone have thoughts on using sitelinks for one-pagers? What is your favorite ad extension for an ecommerce company that has some existing write-ups but no buy reviews yet.

Hi @Joshua R;

  1. Set separate campaigns based on the 3 major time zones, and make the adjustments. (Correct - a bid scheduling is based on the account time zone  setting)
  2. I have found that testing extensions is not  effective, if you have more than one (e.g. sitelinks and phone). This becomes a multiple variable statistical testing, and it's hard to draw conclusions (since you can't isolate the "contribution" / effect of each one).
  3. A must: seller rating extension.
