Dear All,

Does anyone know how to extract the keywords from AW among multiple accounts (thousands of accounts) in a batch job? Thank you!

Hi Susan,

Using AdWords editor is one option if the number of accounts is low (I am not sure how helpful it will be with thousands of accounts)

AdWords editor - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2484521?visit_id=1-636219559355762227-3288115086&rd=1

Bulk edit options in AdWords - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/144560?hl=en

There may be scripts or API solutions available, I am not sure.

My 2 cents

Deepak

Editor does provide some multi-account operations. From Account Manager window, you can download multiple accounts (e.g. all accounts managed by an MCC), export multiple accounts at once to CSV (this will export everything, not just keywords), import into multiple accounts.

Thank you Deepak for your quick response. Your way should work perfectly.

I also found another way for generating the keywords performance among multiple accounts under one MCC using script

Yes. I think we can use MCC reporting tools to generate it. Besides, I found another way for generating the keywords performance among multiple accounts using script

It is working perfectly as well.
