For the last 2 days I get the message "experiencing network connectivity problems" and I can see no data.  This happens from 2 different computers.  Where is the root of this problem, with me or Adwords?

Hello new visitor ! Welcome to the Adwords forum !

Are you seeing a red tape with a "network error" message ?

Try to disable the AdBlock plug-in or extension of the browser and re-login. This one seems to have caused problems to at least 2 dozen users for the past few days.

If AdBlock is not the cause , maybe search for another plug-in like ScriptSafe. These plug-ins have versions for almost all browsers.

Another cause can be a firewall that you recently installed which may be blocking this address :

https://adwords.google.com

If you want to keep using AdBlock while accessing AdWords and Analytics you can configure it like this :

  • Click on  "Options"
  • Click the tab "Customize"
  • Click on the link "Show ads on a page or domain"
  • Enter the following URLs:

https://www.google.com/analytics/ to unlock access to Google Analytics

https://adwords.google.com to unlock access to Adwords

In the gray box at the bottom of the page you should now see these two lines:

@ @ https://adwords.google.com $ document
@ @ https://www.google.com/analytics $ document

How is AdWords working so far for your company ?
