Excluding traffic for Dynamic search ads

I have campaigns targeting the entire US but excluding my own State and requiring the keyword +Maryland or +MD for every single keyword to ensure traffic is seeking only a Maryland provider (me) and these have proven productive. However, for Dynamic search ads, I cannot figure out how to ensure traffic is searching for providers in my State (Maryland). Any help appreciated

Well, since you can't control keywords in a Dynamic campaign you will have to rely on the campaign location target setting. Over time, you can check the search terms report and build a negative keyword list to filter out unwanted traffic.
