Enable campaign

I cannot enable my campaign. What could the problem be please?

Hi Drienieb,

 

Thanks for your question. As Pankaj mentioned, AdWords Express campaigns cannot be edited within the standard AdWords interface which may be causing the problem if you have an Express campaign. 

 

I would also recommend checking your start and end dates in your 'Settings' tab to make sure they are not conflicting with when you want to run the campaign.

Hello drienieb,

 

Welcome to the forum Smiley Happy

 

Are you sure you are trying to enable the standard Adwords campaign and not Adwords Express campaign from within Adwords interface?

 

In case it is the Adwords Express Campaign, you will not be able to make any changes in it from Adwords interface, you will have to login into Adwords express to do that. For more, please refer to this article.

I Have the same proble. Just entered my billing info and the campaign is not enabled. I Have entered a promotion code and my credit is 100 dollars plus 10 dollars I transfered with my credit card just to see if it is working. All ads, adgroups and keywords are elligable,,,,,,,,,,,so what is the issue?

Thanks for your question. You mentioned that you entered billing information and a promotional code. If you have just opened a new account, it may have gone under review. These reviews are normal for newly created accounts to verify certain information. 

 

I wuld recommend calling our support line to speak to a Customer Service Representative who will be able to look into your account in detail and escalate to the relevant team if required.
