Hello Everybody,

Has anyone tried using Dynamic Keyword Insertion feature with Extended Text Ads? If yes, in which field it's possible and recommended to use it - the 1st headline, 2nd or maybe both?

Hello Krstian,

I read in a search engine land article that with two headlines instead of one it is actually possible to have two separate instances of DKI (dynamic keyword insertion) in each headline. They are also available in each description line.

Whether to recommend the use of DKI or not is dependent on whether the keywords in your ad groups are such that if any of them were triggered, the ad would still be coherent. If a potentially triggered keyword in the ad group makes the ad incoherent, then it is likely either best to avoid it, or to tighten the keywords in your ad groups further so that it does make sense.

If this helped, please mark it as a best answer. Thanks!
