Does anyone know a way to get the full list of AdWords GDN topics without a lot of copying and pasting?

 

I see the whole list in the AdWords Editor, but there is no way that I have found to download the list. Google has a list online but several of the categories are deprecated.  And I'm sure even more are missing:

Below is a link to the API documentation regarding GDN targeting. This includes a link to download to CSV. I think that this is what you are looking for. The API documentation is supposed to be current so hopefully there aren't issues with deprecation.
