I am using two destination URL in the same Ad group, one landing on my website and the other on the play store.

Hello Sayem,

I guess the best idea would be taking the words "one display URL domain per ad group" literally Smiley Happy Leave just one domain for that ad group.

As for the mobile app promotion, you should simply use a different ad format: when you start creating an ad, select "App / digital content ad" from the dropdown. After that you'll need to select the "app promotion ad", take the desired app store (Google Play or iTunes App Store), then enter the ID of the app. Only after that you'll enter the text ad with the URL and everything should be fine.

There's a help article about this, where the process is described in details. Hope this helps!
