Hi Pankaj,

Remarketing is a broad term which means that if any user who visited your website earlier, but didn't convert in the sense that the user didn't make any purchase or filled up any form, then you can re-target them using the advanced feature called Remarketing.

As per my understanding, Dynamic Remarketing is a advanced version of Remarketing, where the AdWords system will showcase the products from your Google Merchant Center data feed, which the users have visited earlier, but didn't take any actions on your website. It uses the concept of Dynamic Ads.

re-marketing re-shows an ad to people who have re-visited a site.

dynamic-remarketing re-shows ads targeted on-the-fly
based on people's behavior anyplace within the site.

the dynamically-created ads are targeted based on a pool of feed data --
only a merchant-center submitted feed can be used for the retail vertical;
recently however, many other (non-retail) verticals were added and can
submit a feed directly within adwords, for the same similar purpose.

the details depend on where ads are re-shown --
display-network, mobile-apps, videos, on google

and the specific vertical.

both have the goal of reconnecting with potentially lost customers --

generally, dynamic ads are more targeted and relevant based on

behavior (via site tags) and lists of products or services (via feeds).
