Customer Match for Search

I read that Customer Match audiences can be used for Display, Search, and YouTube targeting as quoted below.

When those users are signed in to their Google account, they see your ads as they use Google Search, YouTube, and Gmail.

I can only apply my customer match audience to Ad Groups in Display campaigns. How do we apply this to a Search Network Campaign?

Hi @jamesscaggs,

Well, this is just in a nutshell.

Create a Search Network only campaign. When you upload customer match emails the list will have to appear in Shared Library / Audiences / Remarketing lists / Customer emails

Now return to the campaign, select the Audiences tab / +TARGETING and find Customer email lists on the Interests & remarketing drop-down. Select the appropriate one and add it to your Search Network only campaign.

Hope the above is okay for orienting you. Come back with specific queries if you have any during the process.

Best,

Lakatos
