Did you also check that you image has the proper dimensions?

May "size" is a bit ambigous here ...

If you have a static image, it should be one of this formats:

  • Mobile Leaderboard: 300 x 50
  • Banner: 468 x 60
  • Leaderboard: 728 x 90
  • Square: 250 x 250
  • Small Square: 200 x 200
  • Large Rectangle: 336 x 280
  • Inline Rectangle: 300 x 250
  • Skyscraper: 120 x 600
  • Wide Skyscraper: 160 x 600

I think your image size is ok but you are facing this problem due to your dimensions bcz if your dimension is differ even 1 point then it can't upload so check your image properties....there you can find the size of image..

hope this will help you

Hi slavs06,

As I recall, if the file size is too big, the error message with state that and tell you the maximum size (MB) that you can upload. I think Ann is correct, it is most like the image dimensions that are incorrect.

Best of Luck!

Pete
