Hello everyone,

I prepare and optimize campaigns for one online shop with parfumes and cosmetics. I wanted to add new brands so what I did, was, that I copied one of the prepared and running adgroup, then change the name. After that I selected the all keywords and went to Edit- change keyword text.  In most of the cases it worked and the selected keywords has been changed. But sometimes happen that some of the keywords don't change. If I want to additionaly change the keyword -  from Armani parfume to Alexandra.J parfume it doesn't change.

can someone help? Why does this happen?

Thanks&Regards

Martina

Hi @Martina C,

For any bulk uploads, I would recommend you use the AdWords editor. This is an offline tool specially provided by Google AdWords to make bulk changes to accounts.
It looks pretty much like the AdWords interface so you should not have a problem getting used to it. The best part is if you want to replicate an adgroup and find-replace keywords, you can simply use your asic shortcuts and also it shows what keywords were changed etc. So you can double check everything before you post it online.
Here's a link to download the editor: https://www.google.com/intl/en/adwordseditor/
Here's a detailed tutorial on the editor by @ShashankSingh: https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Videos/Adwords-Editor-Tips-and-Tricks/ba-p/543763

Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Shweta
