var google_conversion_language = "en";
var google_conversion_format = "3";
var google_conversion_color = "ffffff";
var google_conversion_label = "VGl4CI7Z5GcQ3LGbvQM";
var google_conversion_value = @TotalAmount;
var google_conversion_currency = "EUR";
var google_remarketing_only = false;
/ /

Hello,

When did you install this code? Also have you verified the tag? You could use Tag assistant to check this OR you could simply do a test conversion. That means click on your own ad and complete the transaction and then see if it counts towards a conversion or not. Refer to this help doc for more details:- https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722021?hl=en-GB

Hi
I am not really familiar with this syntax '@TotalAmount;' to the best of my knowledge @ is not allowed as variable name in JavaScript.
If you are not sure about this variable or if you dont want to pass any value in conversion you can leave it blank.
Hope this helps

Hi Kaan K,

If that's how the script appears on the page, you'll get a Javascript error in a couple of places that will cause the conversion not to be recorded. "Not verified" means no conversions have been recorded.

What should happen here is your shopping cart should fill in the actual value of the sale where you have @TotalAmount. I'd suggest, first, you do a test conversion and look at the generated code. If @TotalAmount is still in the code, your shopping cart isn't replacing that with the actual value. How you get the cart to insert that value depends on your CMS. I can't advise you there, but I've never seen the @ sign used to indicate such replacement. Then again, I haven't seen everything.

Best of Luck!
