Change the image on multiple display ads at the same time

I have several display campaigns at the moment and would like to use new banners next month. There are more than 1000 ads using 20 different images.

Is there a "quick" and efficient way to change/update the image/banner on multiple display ads at the same time? It could be changing at least all the banners that include "image1_v1" for "image1_v2", either by changing or creating new ads. As far as I know is not possible to do it using the Editor, unless it's done one by one.

Your help is much appreciated!

If by "display ads" you mean image ads, then in Editor:

- Go to Ads > Image ads view

- Find and select one ad carrying the image you want to replace

- From the menu, choose Tools > Show ads with selected images

A filter is created, showing only ads that have the same image as the one you selected

- Select all these ads, e.g. with Edit > Select all

- In the editing pane at the bottom, click Choose Image, and locate the image file you want to use in place of the current one.

All ads will have their image updated.

Repeat for other images as needed. When ready for the changes to go live, click Post.
