You might see this notification in Call Only Campaigns when you hover over the speech bubble in the Status Column under the Keywords tab.
“Call only Ads cannot show on platforms without calling capability”
What does this mean?
This is notification comes when the keyword in the call-only campaign is being tested for the platform without calling capability - like desktops and tablets.
What is Recommended here?
Don’t worry, your ad is probably showing! Click on the “Ad Preview and Diagnosis” link in the same pop up and change the device to mobile devices with full browsers to check the actual status of the keyword.
