Call Extensions on Search Partners

I'm assuming Call Extensions don't normally show up on the search partners because my call extension has had 5,005 impressions this month on Google Search but 2 impressions on SP.  The campaign has had 691 impressions this month on the SP so I'm guessing the ad is showing, just not the Call Extension.

If this is the case, how do I get phone calls from my ad on the SP network since Google no longer allows phone #s in the ad text?

You are exactly right. Call extensions are not featured with search partners.

Disable search partners to ensure your ads show call extensions.

Call extensions do show up on Search Partners. In the Ad Extensions tab, you can segment by "Network (with search partners)" to see how your call extension performed on Search Partners compared to Google search.
