Call Extensions - Campaign with two countries

Hi everyone,

 

I have a campaign targeting Australia and New Zealand. I would like to set up call extensions for each country within the same campaign. Is it somehow possible that I can set it up that the Australian number shows up just for users from Australia and the same for New Zealand? Or do I have to create separate campaigns for both countries?

Hi Kadir,

Right now the functionality with call extensions does not allow you to control which region sees a specific number. You would need to create a separate campaign for each country if you want to ensure that your customers are shown the correct phone numbers.

Hi Kadir,

You Do not need To create separate campaign one call Extension will work In different countries, remember country code should be there.
