What do you use to create banners for the display network besides the display builder?

Hello,

 

My first preference would be Display Ad Builder since this is a great tool and generate different ideas on creating various ad formats depending upon your site.

 

Otherwise if you have some of the designing experience, then you might use the standard tool Adobe Photoshop to create image ads, but you need to make sure that you adhere to the image ad policies in terms of the content, size and format of the image ads.

 

Flash can also be used to create display ads with motions.

You can click the pencil button for editing, however they will enter the review process and will be inactive for a while until approved.

 

Have you tryed the multitude of preset animated transitions they have ? There are more than 200 presets.

Also you can use their picture gallery which has over 1000 resizable photos , many of them good for backgrounds.

 

With the display ad builder you can create expandable banners and you can see the free clicks metric in the Dimensions tab . Read more about it here :
