Automatic rules applies to keywords in Paused campaign

I got the following automatic rule applied to All enabled keywords, but it applies also to enabled keywords in paused campaigns which result in that it increase the bud by 20% every time (luckily only to max limit) since the position doesn't change. It is logical that the rule applies to all enabled keywords but it invites lots of missunderstandings and unwished changes if you pause on campaign or ad group level. I.e. The keywords should be interpreted as paused (not active or similar).

Hi Admin A, yes, it's a little annoying that isn't it?  What I tend to do in this situation is use Labels to identify the Keywords (or Ad Groups, or Campaigns) I want the Rules to operate upon.  Once you've applied the Labels you can just add another condition to the rule to operate on All, or Any of selected Labels and you'll have more control.
