We need to be able to use our own "name" in the title of the ad copy. How do we get this lifted from Google as a tradmark term?

Hi there,

The best place for you to read up is here and claim the trademark or authorise your account to use it:

A quick workaround is to view the disapproved ad in AdWords Editor and tick the 'request an exception' box in order to get it live for the time-being until the deeper issue is resolved.

I hope that helps?
