Adwords Conversion Tracking Code Placement

Hi, can i put the google adwords tracking code like as <body> <div> <p>adword tracking code</p> </div> </body> ?

The only problem that I can see is the fact that 2 line brakes can appear and mix with your design, as described here :

"Note: By default, browsers always place a line break before and after the <div> element. However, this can be changed with CSS."

 

I don't see any functional problems with this setup. In any case you can install the Tag Assistant plug-in for Chrome to debugg conversion code problems : link
