Hi,

Im working on my new website which has many topics such as sport, beauty, cars etc. In addition, each topic is releated to adword link. Can I do that?

You can land adwords ads on any page of the website you want. You can structure your adwords account any way that you want as well. You could have a campaign or adgroup for each topic, keywords and ad text in each adroup relating to the topic of the adgroup, and land the ads on the corresponding page. Not only can you do that, but it's essentially adwords best practices to do so.
