chust cheked statistics from the last mountth 

one of my adgroup contain 4  ads 

2 of that ads avg pos 10 another 2 avg pos 1.

question is How to deal with that low avg pos ad ?(delete them from account and write new oneor ????? )

It's difficult to tell without seeing the columns on the left but from what I can see here it looks like you have segmented by device maybe? So actually you have 4 ads, one with avg. pos. of 10 (across both device types or maybe networks?), two at position 1 and the 4th hasn't had any impressions and therefore has an avg. pos. of 0.

 

But either way, you have only had 4 impressions across a potential 4 ads. This is not enough data to be able to draw any conclusions on the performance of the ads. I would suggest that you let these run a little longer. Eventually the system will prioritise the ad that is getting the best performance. 

 

Think about using keyword insertion ads though. These are a great way to make your ads look really relevant to your users and therefore get more clicks.
