Hello Smiley Happy
I hope that someone here can help me.
I just created an ad in Polish, visible in Poland, but when I check how it looks in google search results, it shows additional text below my ad (describing my web) in Danish. The company is Danish. The website is translated into couple of languages.
I don't have any callout text activated or ad extensions, how to remove that additional text? Please help Smiley Happy

Hello Agata,

Can you share a screenshot of this example? If you are not using ad extensions, there may be instances of dynamic ad extensions such as dynamic snippet extensions or dynamic sitelinks. When you review automatic ad extensions, do you see these types of dynamic ad extensions with metrics?

Best,

Nick

Hello Nick,

Here is a screenshot of the situation.
All in PL and then comes a sentence in Danish, which does not appear.

Thanks for help! Smiley Happy

Agata

Hi Agata Celina P,

Please cross check if any callout extension has been setup at account/campaign/adgroup level or from the shared library.

If it is an automated extension, then you can disable it using following steps:

  • Sign into your AdWords account.
  • Click the Ad extensions tab.
  • Click the “View” dropdown and select Automated extensions report.
  • Click Automated extension options (advanced).
  • Click Edit next to “Show all automated extensions for this account”.
  • Click Exclude specific automated extensions for this account.
  • Check the box next to the automated extension you’d like to disable.
  • Click Save.
