Are you using the site and category exclusion features?  What are your network distribution choices?  See:

It is a shame.  Advertisers should be left off those types of sites by default and have to opt into them instead of being defaulted into that garbage. 

 

Considering Google does not even allow advertising most adult content anyway...why is it ok for our ads to show on those sites but those sites ads not to show on Google.com results?

I agree with all said above, except the "bold red shouting" of James. The content is great. About the wording - I am uncertain...

James - It is a problem - I agree and something that has been discussed plenty (actually very recently somewhere on this very forum). I am glad you brought it up again because Google does listen, we just need to get the messages to the right people.
