Hello, Johan.

Here's how it works: http://adwords.blogspot.ro/2013/06/new-image-extensions-enable-you-to-show.html

"Image extensions are currently running in English globally. If you are interested in participating in the image extensions beta, contact your account manager or fill out this form."

Direct link to the form: https://services.google.com/fb/forms/imageextinterest/

However, please note that it is still in beta stage and only works for English-targeted campaigns.

I can't say how that works because I haven't got access to the feature myself. But if you fill in that form and your account gets approved, then there will be (presumably) another field in the Ad Extensions area and you will be able to ad them.

Sorry for not being able to get more into specifics, but as I said, I have no access to them myself. But maybe some other fellow community members will see this topic and if any of them has access to the feature they are more than welcome to comment.
