Ad not Approved for mobile devices

Hi All

I'm trying to track down a problem with a specific client. They use a flash header that is switched out for an alternative for non-flash devices. However, Google Adwords will not allow the ads to be displayed on mobile devices.

The flash is only an animated header, and the site renders and works fine on Android and iPad - menus are HTML/CSS as is the actual page content.

How can I alter the page to ensure it is accepted by Adwords for mobile devices?  If anyone wants to look at the source, the site is http://www.theracecentre.co.uk/.  Any suggestion or advice gratefully received.

PS: I'm not the coder, but can pass on suggested things to try to them.

Hi JonathanElder,

If your landing page automatically redirects to a mobile version of your site, please make sure that it’s configured correctly so that it’s visible when AdWords attempts to visit the mobile version of your site. For more information on how to set this up, please visit http://www.google.com/mobile/adsbot.html.

Hi Johnathan,

Common issues with failure of the Flash ad are:

1. Your image type is.SWF (Flash) and size is equal or below than 50kb.

2. 30 seconds is the maximum time for your flash image.

3. Wrong click TAG implementation.

4. There is no background animation means that if you are having any background animation please stop that.

For more details you can read Image Ad Policy where they explaining in detail that how to implement click TAG in AS2 and AS3.

Regards

-Vicky
