Hi,

I saw that one of my competitors was able to put a call extension in their ad copy headline. So if you were to click their ad, rather than going to their website, a call button would appear? How do you go about doing this?

You can add extensions to your ads., if you are in your campaign view, there should be a link at the top "ad extensions" then look for the view:extensions button just below your top menu, change it to call extensions. from here if you will be able to add the phone number you want displayed and link it with your ads/campaigns.

Hi Michael,

Hardie already suggested the solution for you.

Please check the links below for detailed instructions in setting up call extensions.

You must have seen this on a mobile device. It's an optional setting available when your ads are showing on a mobile device. You can choose to include both your phone number and your website, or just your phone number.
