Ad Preview Tool for Mobile

How can I see competitor ads on mobile? I'm in Toronto but am trying to see competitors for a client down in Miami, FL and the ad preview tool just shows me ads for Toronto.

I really want to be able to see what his ad looks like on mobile in comparison to the other ads. Stupid Google Issue.png

At the risk of being flamed, are you sure your (and other) Ads aren't further down the page or even on the next page?

As for the .ca extension, that doesn't necessarily mean that that Ad isn't showing in Miami!

I've done a quick test of mobile previews on a client Account and they appear to be working correctly - though of course that's not a thorough nor conclusive test...

I see .ca ads on the preview tool no matter what I search or where I search it. So do all my coworkers and other canadians I've spoken to in the industry. Another one told me it's because the ad preview tool is broken.

As a test if you are in the US - go ahead and give me a keyword and the city you're in and I can send you a print screen of what I get in the ad preview tool. It will be wrong.

I just want it to work.

I used a different keyword + different geographic area to help show it has nothing to do with the actual keyword or area. No matter what I search, I get Toronto ads when I click mobile but yet I get the proper ads when I keep computer checked.

also, if possible, try a different browser, logout of google
altogether, and clear that browser's cache and cookies.
