Hello there,

The system stated two of our campaigns are eligible to use conversion optimizer. How do we know which two?

Thanks,

Agnes

Hey its very simple.

You'll be getting a notification like dipicted in image below:

Adwordscommunity.png

by clicking on view you'll get campaigns which are eligible for using conversion optimizer.

Note that, every campaign is eligible for conversion optimization if it gets atleast 15 conversions in a month. Smiley Happy

Thanks!

Hi Agnes,

Your campaign should receive at least 15 conversions in the past 30 days to be eligible for Conversion Optimizer.

If I remember correctly the message on top of the interface comes with a view link through which you can find the eligible campaigns.

There is another way - select a campaign - go to 'Settings' tab - Under Bidding & Budget - Bidding option - Click on Edit

There as a last option you can find - Focus on Conversions (Conversion Optimizer)

You will be able to select that option if your campaign is eligible for Conversion Optimizer.

If your campaign is not eligible it will show the message - Unavailable because this campaign doesn't have  enough conversion data.

Hope this helps

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

We have tried both ways already: As for the message on top of the interface, we also thought that the campaign names would be shown after we clicked the view link, unfortunately the names are not stated there.

Also, we have checked each campaign by going to the bidding option, but all campaigns show the message - Unavailable because this campaign doesn't have enough conversion data.

However, on top of the interface, it does state that 'two campaigns are eligible to use Conversion Optimizer'. So are there other ways for us to know which two campaigns are eligible?

Thanks a lot,

Agnes

Hi Agnes,

If you don't have any eligible campaigns after checking the settings tab option, then I am confused how the 'eligible' message is appearing on the interface.

Do you have any paused (recently) campaigns which fullfill the criteria?

Thanks Anand, but as stated, after we clicked 'View', no campaign names are shown and so we don't know which campaigns are eligible for using conversion optimizer.

Thanks 'Info' for your advice, we will check if there are campaigns paused recently.

Okay, that might be a technical issue.

Then You can go with alternatives:

  1. Select all campaign which have given you atleast 15 conversions in last 30 days.
  2. Go in settings tab and click on bidding option.
  3. If your campaign is eligible for conversion optimizer then you'll be able to mark button saying "Focus on conversions (Conversion Optimizer)".
  4. And if your campaign is not eligible then you can not be able to mark that button.

As simple as it is.

Thanks!

Hi All,

I have 3 campaigns which have received more than 15 conversions in the past 30 days but the bidding options is always showing the message "Unavailable because this campaign doesn't have enough conversion data". I couldn't enable the conversion optimizer for these 3 campaigns. Is that a technical issue?

Thanks

Adam
