Targetting my ad at specific YouTube channels question...

Hello,

Two little questions I have about that:

1. If i paste the channel link into AdWords (it's a 300x350 ad on the display network) then how can I be sure it will place my ad on every video of that channel as the video link looks alot different than the channel link.
It's not that the ad shows inside the channel itself.

2. If I have very specific channels that I want to place my ads in, then how can I make sure my ad will show regardless of the keywords? I just want it to show no matter what because targeting by channel is already 100% accurate target for me.

Thanks,
Roy

Hi R G,

I'll give you my answers.

1. There is no way to assure your ad will show on every video of that channel every time. Use it as a managed placement with no keywords for maximum impressions. You can make your ad eligible for placement on all videos, but that does not assure your ad will always be shown. You can bid higher if you have a large "Lost IS Due to rank". Keep an eye on your conversion rates and ROI as you do this. Don't bid higher than your conversion rate can support.

2. See answer #1.

Best of Luck!
