Is it allowed to use youtuber names in your tags for video advertiasing?

For example if made a Pokemon parody video, and Smosh (famous youtuber's name) have a few Pokemon parodies.

When I set up my video campagne there are options like to which gender and age i wanna show my advertising video, and also I can limit by keywords. So am I allowed to use "Smosh" as a keyword there?

I mean this is not exactly a tag keyword like in the uploaded video file itself, I just wanna show the advertising to poeple who are watching Smosh.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Thomas,

Yes, you should be able to use that Keyword for your YouTube advertising.  Sometimes, via AdWords, certain Keywords won't trigger an Impression because they're too low volume.  From a policy standpoint though yes, you should be allowed to purchase that Keyword.
