Instream Header overlays - How do you stop them?

For Instream ads - This overlay - In the image is called a Video Header (by Guideon Shallwick)

QUESTIONS:

1. What is this overlay called?

2. How is this set to show / not show for an instream ad?

This overlay is not always seen - Here is an Instream, but the header overlay is not seen.

Similarly a question about the advertisers link at the bottom left of video ("visit advertisers site"):

1. How is this set to show / not show for an instream ad?

2. Can you confirm that this will not be seen on organic views?

Hi @Jeremy W

There is not an on/off switch. What you want to do is for in your in-stream video, go to it in Adwords and add a CTA overlay. This will show your CTA instead of another advertisers overlay ad. Below is a link with more specific instructions.

Hi - Thanks for taking the time to reply. I am not sure we are talking
about the same thing. I am referring to the header overlay (sometimes
called the channel engagement panel). Your answer seems to be about the CTA
overlay at the bottom of the in stream ad not the top.
