How to advertise ONLY on youtube without google search

I have added youtube.com as my display network (it's an image ad, not a video) but in the campaign type

column all my ads say "Search network with display select".

How can i know it's only for youtube? it seams like it means google's search network.

Also, how can i change from pay per click to pay per 1000 impressions?

you can create a sepreate display campaign, and setup the placement in the display network to youtube.com Target and bid. Or just leave it as is because an image ad will not show on a search network so no worries.

Hi Roy,

It sounds like you created a Search Network with Display Select campaign instead of a Display Network Only campaign. If you do not want your ad to appear on Search, you need to create a new, Display Network Only campaign using the +Campaign button on the All Campaigns page of AdWords.

From there, you can use managed placements targeting like Abdulaziz said, and only add Youtube.com as your targeting with the Target and Bid option.

You can set a CPM bid at either the ad group or the placement level in a video campaign.

Does that help?
