Hi Mike! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community. I’m happy to help you with the issue!

However, in order for me to help understand the issue better, it would be great if you could elaborate on the steps that you’ve already taken to create the campaign that you’re looking forward to create.

If you’re trying to create a video campaign on AdWords, here are the three ad formats that you can create the ads in: TrueView in-stream ads, TrueView video discovery ads, and bumper ads. To learn more about which of these campaign types would suit your business the best, you can refer to the article below:

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6340491?hl=en

To create a Trueview Ad Campaign, please follow the instructions on the link below:

An important point to remember here is that if you want to run both in-stream and video discovery formats in the same TrueView video campaign, you will need to create multiple ad groups. To create bumper video ads, you’ll need to create a separate campaign, for which you can follow the instructions on the link below:

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7159363?hl=en&ref_topic=3119118

Once you’ve created the campaign, you can read up on the following article and get an idea on how to view the performance data of your video ads in detail:

Hope this helps! Please feel free to write back in case there are any further questions!
