phone call conversions and click to call numbers not making sense
I have a campaign with call extensions using a Google tracking number, set for mobile preference. The campaign is showing 47 phone call conversions and 9 mobile clicks to call. I've got other campaigns that show non-zero phone call conversions and 0 mobile clicks to call. How is this possible? I expected the mobile clicks to call to be greater than the completed phone call conversions (set for default 60 sec). The only thing I can think of is if people are manually dialing the phone number instead of clicking on the phone number, but it's not reasonable to believe they'd be doing this that frequently, unless maybe there are repeat phone calls from an ongoing conversation, or something like this? Is there another possible explanation?
