linking adwords to analytics makes analytics stop working

Hello.

We have a very bad problem. Last Thursday, February 14th we linked our Google Analytics profile for our web site to our Adwords account. Within 2 to 3 hours we lost any ability whatsoever to view any of the data through either analytics or through adwords. Does anyone have a solution to this issue? When I check the status of the tracking code it says that it is collecting data, but we cannot view any of the data anywhere?
