The {keyword} variable doesn't say what was the search term that the user was looking for

it simply says what is the keyword that triggered the ad

We are using this www.domain.com/keyword={keyword}

what variable can we use to get the full search term?

Hey there,

Google no longer passes through the actual search term in the URL. This policy was changed in April of 2015. You will need to rely on the search term reporting withing AdWords or utililze the AdWords API.

Hope that helps,

Jim
