google token&developer where do i get them

i was on a website an i had to use key word tool since it hjas been changed i needed a token and developer tool where do i get these

I'm not quite certain i understand your problem but if you're asking about a Developer Token for the AdWords API, the process is described here.  If you have questions about the API, those can be asked on the API product forum here.
