Hi Mahmood,

When you set up a conversion tracking, you have two options for counting conversion, either All Conversions or Unique Conversions.

All Conversions;- AdWords counts all conversions happen after click.

Unique Conversion;- AdWords counts only Unique conversion happen after click.

According to your selected counting method, the "Conversions" column will differ.
If you select All, this conversion column will show all conversions happen after click. If you selected Unique it will show only Unique conversion happen after clicks.

"Converted clicks':- is the same for both "All" and "Unique" it shows you the number of AdWords ad clicks resulting in a one or more conversions within your chosen conversion window. If the user only converted once or if they converted five times, this column will show only 1 Converted Click.

Example:-

Let’s say you have created two separate conversions in Adwords, you have a Lead conversion and Sale conversion. A user clicks your ad and then submits 1 lead and 2 Sales.

With the All setting – the Conversions column will show 3 conversions, because it marks every conversion that occurred.

With the Unique setting – the Conversions column will show only 2 conversions, because it count only unique conversions.

The Converted Clicks column will show 1 converted click, because only one click occurred and led to all the conversions.

Hi Mahmood S,
With addition to Ahmed's answer, I will suggest you to know about One-per-click and many-per-click conversion too. Here https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Basics-for-New-Advertisers/Conversion-1-per-Click-V-s-Conv-M... you can read more about this.
